- Use compresses based on garlic infusion. It is mixed with lemon juice. Soak a cotton napkin in this mixture and apply it for twenty minutes on the sore spot.
Prevention
The best way to prevent back pain is a variety of physical exercises. It is also necessary to monitor the correct posture while walking and sitting. Lifting weights is contraindicated not only for women, but also for men.
